Sri Lanka agrees to play three ODIs and T20I in Pakistan, Karachi and Lahore will host, is another step to Cricket Comes Home. PCB were aspect about to resume test cricket in the country, meanwhile Islander refuses to play red ball cricket in Pakistan.

Sri Lankan minister Harin Fernando told to reporters at Colombo ” we are not in position send our team for test cricket there but our team will visit for 8 days for T20I and ODIs”. he suggests U.A.E for tests as Pakistan hosted many series since Decade after 2009 terror attack on Sri Lankan team at Lahore. he further express that Date will be announce but will be in late months of 2019. both boards after a long talks mutually agrees for shorter formats.

According FTP Sri Lanka were suppose to visit Pakistan for 2 tests for World Test Championship  was converted to white ball tour after a phone call discussion between PCB chairman Ehsan Mani and Sri Lankan Cricket president Shammi Silva. PCB release stated on Friday 23 August.

PCB welcomes SLC decision to make their efforts to help Pakistan cricket bringing back cricket to the land. SLC confirm their visit after they send their security team to Pakistan and they visit to city Karachi and Lahore the decision was taken after positive reports given by security team which were visited Pakistan.

Since past 12 years PCB did his best to bring back cricket  home.They get succeed to bring Zimbabwe cricket team and West indies for short tours and Sri Lanka is among the teams which visited Pakistan for short tour 2 years ago. the main role plays by PSL which brings many international cricketers to Pakistan for 2nd, 3rd and 4th season . after success of 2nd and 3rd edition matches in home now all of international players agrees to comes to Pakistan . players like Shane Watson who were refuses to come to Pakistan for previous 3 seasons and some big name of T20I like Ab Devilliers , Collin Munro, Alex Hales, Keron Pollard. Now Pakistan is ready to host full fifth season of PSL of 2020.

CONFIRMED now Sri Lanka cricket will be arrive in Pakistan on 25 September and will fly back on October 10. Here is schedule,
